What is Case Management?
Case management provides guidance and support to clients and families as they navigate the stressors and complications of mental health, substance use disorder, and related issues. The Hired Power Case Management team identifies, plans, and executes appropriate recovery solutions for substance use disorders, mental illness, and more.
